It was my first ever Exodus trip too, loved it and have been on many more with Exodus since! My main tip is to be prepared for all kinds of weather, from shorts and sunglasses to woolly hat and warm gloves.

Hmm I can't think of many tips as everything was very well organised and no great surprises. If you have dodgy knees at all you may want to take walking poles - about half our group did although I didn't. I'm a recent convert to them for steep ascents and especially descents. When I went in December/January we had one day of rain which got pretty cold and wet, so make sure you have good waterproofs just in case. Make sure your rucksack has a waterproof liner too.
